Yesterday I completed the Swedish translation of the template WP-andreas09. I think it only works for WordPress installations on hosted/own servers (i.e. not wordpress.com sites).
A package with installation instructions, source catalog files, and ready to use language files (for UTF-8, and ISO-8859-1) can be downloaded at http://www.podernize.se/shared/wp-andreas09_sv.zip.
